Bleibt ihr bei den Helix aus dem Angebot als BIo-carrier oder am aufrüsten und deswegen der Verkauf?
Bei den Helix braucht man sehr viel Platz als Moving-Bed, habt ihr die Helix mit viel Luftpumpen-Leistung in einem großen Moving-Bed Reaktor am laufen gehabt ? Hat der Wasser-Flow auch Rum-gemixt in den Helix ? Verkantung ist bei mir echt ein großes Problem gewesen.
Jetzt bin Ich am überlegen als Lösung einen Aufbau 4 x 210 Liter-Regentonnen in Reihenschaltung als Moving-Bed-Einheit zu konstruieren, anstelle von 1 x 1000L-IBC aus der letzten möchte ich in die Fluttische pumpen und diese damit zirkulieren lassen.
Ich habs bei einem IBC (Verwendet ihr ja auch wie ich dem Video entnehmen konnte :D :D :D ) nicht mit den Sprudelsteinen in einer anständigen Bewegung halten können. Meine Fischtanks sind allerdings insgesamt nur 2000 Liter groß und schmaler Besatz, ich setze auf Fluss-Krebse mit Karpfen. Is an sich nicht so tragisch für Krebs und Cyprinide, aber ich mags halt sehr gerne wenn eine Maschine optimal funktioniert und ich ihr dann endlich studenlang beim funktionieren zugucken kann.
Die Helix haben sich immer viel verkeilt sagen wir mal so, denke, dass mehrere kleine Behälter mit jeweils nur 1 Sprudelstein eine bessere Helix-Bewegung ermöglichen. Ist nicht böse gemeint für den Preis sowieso unschlagbar ich will nich meckern hier in aller Öffentlichkeit aber Fakten müssen auf den Tisch oder ? Fänds super wenn ihr meine Idee durchgeht und ne Meinung sagt eure Kunden freuen sich sicher darüber. :shy:
Es ist ein Swirl und ein Sedimenter vorgeschaltet. würde auf 50er oder 100er Fass-Durchstöße setzen und mit der gesamten Anlage auf Schwerkraft arbeiten. Habt ihr schonmal was von ganzen Moving-Bed-Schächten gehört, die dann einfach per Luft das Wasser wieder rüber befördern??
