Hi,
" Spirulina was suspended in 100 ml distilled water and added to the ingredients of each diet, which was blended for 40 min at least to make a paste of each diet. The pastes were separately passed through a grinder, and pelleted (1 mm diameter) in a paste extruder. The diets were air-dried and stored in plastic bags in a refrigerator (- 2 oC) for further use.
